    St. Petersburg police say 21-year-old is a 'serial burglar'
    ST. PETERSBURG — Police on Tuesday arrested a 21-year-old man who investigators say has faced burglary charges five times since March 16. Donnell Weaver has burglarized homes, been arrested and bonded out, only to then commit more burglaries, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. On Tuesday, investigators said, he was caught in the 1900 block of 22nd Avenue S. He faces several charges, including two new counts of residential burglary.
