    ST. PETERSBURG — Safety concerns about the increasing number of bicyclists, pedestrians and automobiles jockeying for space along city streets has captured the attention of the city’s police force. Four officers spent Monday morning at the busy downtown intersection on Third Avenue and Third Street South, keeping a watchful eye and issuing warnings to crosswalk violators on wheels and foot.
