SARASOTA — A St. Petersburg man was killed in a fiery 3 a.m. crash on Interstate 75 when the front of his gasoline-laden tanker struck the back of a vehicle driven by a teenager violating the rules of his learner's permit, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
