Public workshops about mutton snapper management in Florida will be held around the state in February. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is asking for public input regarding the way the fishery is managed. Mutton snapper are commonly caught on the state’s east coast, but far less prevalent than mangrove snapper.
