    ST. PETERSBURG — The city has reported that about 3,000 gallons of partially-treated sewage was released Wednesday at the Northeast Water Reclamation Facility. The spill happened during heavy rains at the plant at 1160 62nd Ave. NE. Officials said a pump at the facility failed, resulting in the waste leaking into the ground.
