PORT RICHEY — A 57-year-old St. Petersburg man struck by a car on U.S. 19 last week has died, the Florida Highway Patrol said Monday. The man, whose name has not been released, was standing in the center lane of northbound U.S. 19 near Colfax Drive about 11 p.m. Friday when he was struck by a northbound Toyota Camry, troopers said.
