ST. PETERSBURG — A man was hit by a car and badly injured in the 2100 block of 18th Avenue South early Thursday, police said. Four-time Pro Bowler Gerald McCoy will be the grand marshal at next week's Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, race officials announced Thursday morning.
