PETERSBURG, Fla. - Less than a month after Walmart announced a decision to close the Neighborhood Market located on 22nd Street South in St. Petersburg, the store has officially closed its doors to customers. Walmart says they had hoped to remain open until early March but they sold through the product in the store and they have to transition to the next phase of the store closing process. ST. PETERSBURG — A shooting early Saturday morning led officers to arrest a 35-year-old man on drug charges, according to St. Petersburg police.
