Weird Al Yankovic will kick off the next leg of his tour behind his hit 2014 album “Mandatory Fun” with a concert in St. Petersburg. Two high school students from Seffner were arrested Monday afternoon in connection with a shooting at a birthday party at a Holiday Inn Express hotel early Sunday, St. Petersburg police said.
